In this world full of uncertainty – Wars, economic crisis, killing, rape and robbery, it is not uncommon for some to lead a unhappy life. We all have unhappy moment sometimes. For some people, it happens before having to speak in public. For other people, it might be before a first date. What causes unhappy for you may not be the same for someone else. Sometimes unhappiness is helpful – it can help you discover what you really passionate and find happiness along the way. But if you felt unhappy on a long-term basis, it can increase the risk of diseases like depression, heart disease and a variety of other problems. And once get caught up in such situations, it’s hard to improve our health situation or worse, the disease can progress or worsen.
